Nexor Profit
Nexor earns revenue by selling forklifts and leasing its own or investor's forklifts; Nexor collects a certain management fee by managing forklifts. Nexor could earn additional revenue by selling carbon credits in addition to possibly receiving subsidies from local governments.
Investor Benefit
The primary income for investors comes from forklift rentals. In Malaysia, most factories prefer leasing forklifts rather than purchasing them, making the rental market highly active and providing significant income opportunities for investors.
Ownership
When the investor acquires the forklift, ownership is transferred to the investor and remains with them throughout. The investor retains the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the forklift as they see fit. Nexor may only lease the investor's assets upon obtaining explicit permission from the investor.
Capital Withdraw
When the forklift purchased by the investor has been leased and the lease term has not yet expired, the investor is prohibited from selling or withdrawing it. Only upon the expiration of the lease term or if the forklift is not currently leased can the investor dispose of the asset at their discretion.
Revenue Distribution
The rental fee for the investor's forklift will be collected by Nexor from the lessee. Nexor guarantees the investor a yearly rental that's 15% on their cost. The rental will be distributed to the investor in Malaysian Ringgit. If the investor prefers in another currency, Nexor will arrange accordingly.
Fokrlist Status
Investors can check the location and status of the forklifts through the remote control software provided by Nexor, and if necessary, investors can use the software to remotely power off/on.
Agreement
Investors will enter into an entrustment contract with Nexor. This contract outlines the rights of investors, such as asset ownership, decision-making authority over asset, methods for asset disposal, thereby ensuring maximum protection of investors' rights and interests.
Maintenance
Nexor's technical team will be fully taking care of the maintenance & service once the agreement is signed. The cost for the maintenance & Service will be paid by Nexor or investor according to the agreement.
